All applications below must be approved by the Ordinance Compliance Office before Permit will be granted.
Please fill out application and mail, email or fax to the Permit & Ordinance Office and you will be contacted when your permit request is approved.
$25 up to spending $14,000 material and labor, over $14,000 and the permit is $2 per thousand plus the original $25

Hvac, Building, Electrical, Plumbing permits on commercial work will have a State of Alabama (CICT Fee added) Construction Industry Craft Training program fee added to regular permit. The fee is $1 for every $1000 of construction, amount will be rounded to $1000 if over $500.
